What to know before you apply:

There is a £100 registration fee that goes towards the overall cost of the school (it is due with the application and it is non-refundable).

Flights to London, public transportation in London, and any outreach transportation are not covered by the school fees.

One UK will ask for your artistic portfolio for the specified ministry you are applying for.

If you are NOT a British citizen, we will provide more details on visas, if needed, once you have applied for the school.

Arise UK currently has two different types of training programs:

• Arise Internship - 3 Months or 6 Months

Destiny Year - 12 Months

We emphasise community life in our Arise Programmes. We see community life as one of the blessings God has given us, sharing our days with people from different nations, languages, and cultures!

We want to equip, empower and mobilise the local church to be bold in transforming society and serving the community. Our Arise Programmes partner with our church, Hope and Anchor Community Church, and their café THINK+, to do this practically throughout the week.

We are passionate about being relevant in our culture in order to influence it. Through partnering with the different One UK ministries, our Arise Programmes get first-hand experience in the new wave of missions in the arts, sports and entrepreneurial industries.

ARISE INTERNSHIP

WHAT IT IS: A three - six month programme where you can jump into a life of full-time missions and ministry! You will join a passionate group of missionaries and innovators who share a heart to transform London by the power of God through the gifts and skills He has given us. We collaborate with one another and challenge each other to grow in our faith impact our spheres of influence. We stay relevant in our communities to be able to communicate the gospel to those around us in the most effective way.

HOW IT WORKS: You will be based in our new hub in Hackney Wick, The Cave, which is a creative community space in partnership with One UK. There you will join forces with others who share your passions and are influencing those industries with the heart of God, whether that be in the arts, sports, entrepreneurship and beyond. The internship will also involve attending Sunday services, events, various local outreaches, and working alongside our church, Hope and Anchor Community Church. We welcome your vision, passion and want to walk alongside you to develop the things that God has put on our heart. When you apply for either 3 or 6 months, please give us your preferred months and we will coordinate the best time when we have space available! The internship is a launching pad into missions. From there you can join us for a Destiny Year, or even join us in full-time ministry! DESTINY YEAR

We collaborate with one another and challenge each other to grow in our faith impact our spheres of influence. We stay relevant in our communities to be able to communicate the gospel to those around us in the most effective way.
